Alpine skis TOUR PERFORMANCE 88

Description

TOUR Performance skis in boot width 88 are our next novelty for the 2022 season. The Tour Performance 88 model has, in addition to an all-wood core made of paulownia, also reinforcements made of glass fibers, but mainly carbon. This has a very positive effect on the total weight, but also on the driving characteristics.

The popular 88 mm center is universal, it holds on harder surfaces even in new fresh snow, in addition, the shape of the skis in combination with a slight rocker in the tip behaves very well even in crusted and blown snow, it does not tend to “bite” and reliably holds the rider on every surface.

They behave very predictably when walking. They feel light, easy to control when turning, the wider tip in combination with the rocker sometimes tends to deviate slightly from the direction if you are moving on a slippery surface. In fresh snow, however, they hold the track excellently and are properly balanced.

When descending, they hold perfectly on groomed slopes, their domain is all softer or freshly attacked snow.

The skis feel better in soft snow and are appreciated by most universal ski alpinists, except for those with extreme parameters or requirements.
